We pair several volunteers with several classrooms so they can alternate weeks to fit with their schedules.
On their scheduled weeks, volunteers receive an email on Friday evening with the snack order.
On Saturday, Sunday, or Monday volunteers visit Costco or Sam’s Club and shop for the ordered snacks.
Volunteers pay for the snacks using personal funds and then email a photo of their receipt to reimbursement@KidBrightUSA.org. Within 72 hours, KidBright will reimburse volunteers in full for their purchase.
